Pros

none I can think of

Cons

Just awful. Crappy laptop that is locked down. Zero innovation. Spent more time filling out ServiceNow tickets than actual development. No one seemed happy. Rarely heard a joke. In oder to do anything, you have to fill out ServiceNow tickets and keep track of dozens of links for business process. No green field dev. That is given to outside consulting teams. Philosophy is to make every task as small and as boring as possible. Managers carry clipboards and note everytime you contribute or don't during meetings. You are continually reviewed by peers. Then they pushed pager duty on us as if they were doing us a favor.
