      - people are generally nice and will help if you ask - team process is what you make it; people are receptive to change - things are always improving, problems are raised and fixed - modern software product facing interesting scaling challenges

      Cons

      - not a lot of support when first joined, little good live mentorship, difficult to feel part of team culture remotely - schedule pressure is very stressful; this job takes over evenings and occasional weekends - very high expectations and difficult path to promotion
