      Pros

      I love it here, but not in a weird “work is my life,” way, quite the opposite, it is a I feel challenged, supported, and encouraged to do my best work everyday. The leadership to the individual contributors here are smart, empathetic, encouraging, and willing to drop everything to help you learn. I’ve worked for all sorts of organizations from giants to startups, and Vanta is rare. The perks are another plus. From the unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, 401k match, equity, generous health/dental/vision coverage, WFH culture, the list goes on. I see a bright future at Vanta and I am excited for the journey.

      Pros

      Vanta ticked all the boxes for me in my job search. The company's mission to secure consumer data on the internet leads to a positive impact on the world, Vanta's business is growing like crazy (profitable!), and the team is talented and kind. I couldn't have asked to join a better working environment. Given how quickly our business is growing, each week brings a new, exciting challenge. I'm learning and growing and developing my skills along the way, and I'm excited to be here.

      Our rapid growth brings new and different challenges each day, which is to be expected. A company needs to evolve to keep pace with its growth, and Vanta is doing a remarkable job managing these growing pains compared to other places I've worked.

      Pros

      If you're looking for a place to do meaningful work alongside genuinely talented people, with leadership that cares about getting it right — Vanta is a strong bet. The CEO is exceptional: thoughtful, principled, and sets the tone for the culture. That quality carries through the org. The people here are the best at what they do, and working alongside that caliber of talent makes you better too. The performance bar is high, and it's matched by a culture (and leadership) that cares about doing the right thing both for its customers and its employees.

      Cons

      Like any high-growth startup, prioritization is a constant struggle. There's always more to do than time to do it, and you have to be comfortable with that ambiguity. There are late nights from time to time, though it's worth noting that management doesn't drive or expect that.
