      * Folks are top tier, everyone's really good at their job * People are smart and kind, minimal politics * Tons of growth potential, so always lots of exciting work to do * Fast paced, but not burnout

      Vanta has been an incredible place to start my sales career. The work is challenging but rewarding, leadership is supportive and transparent, and the culture is fun and collaborative. I’ve grown a lot in just six months and feel excited about my future here.

      None so far — and if there’s ever an area where I need help, leadership immediately works on it.
