      Good product & good name on CV

      Cons

      Target is not achievable. Work life balance is non existent. Leadership will love you one second and blame you the next. PIPs everywhere and using fear and job security to try and motivate. All about inducing anxiety and micro management. Leadership out of touch with reality and don’t even know what it’s like to be a rep. Save your sanity and go anywhere else.

      IC's are cool. Good base pay. OTE is great

      Cons

      Good luck hitting that OTE. Markets are becoming crowded as they are hiring like crazy. Another review actually said its "meaningful work" hahahaha It's standard SaaS sales slop. Not meaningful at all. It pays well if you hit OTE, but that's a big if... pretty much unless you have a really great market to yourself, you're cooked. Leadership are too dense to fix it or (more likely) they don't care.
