      Pros

      The product is the clear market leader. Great Marketing.

      Cons

      Management is chaotic and short-term thinking. They look at monthly numbers and panic if they get behind 2 weeks into a month. It seems they want to predict market trends by looking at historic data, but not include new demand trends.

      Growing fast Lots of autonomy Product is strong, niche category

      Cons

      Culture is incredibly toxic No accountability by leadership Communication between departments is non existent in most functions - known problem that they don't seem to want to fix Blame is passed downwards No work life balance or any sort of recognition for your output or delivery People are being burnt out and attrition is beginning to increase Reactive management rather than forward planning
