Good people, frustrating processes

I’ve been able to work and learn from some incredibly smart people that have really helped me grow into my role and career. The business is booming, the work is interesting, and I feel like I can grow here.

Cons

Growing company means that processes constantly change on the financial, accounting, and legal side of the business. Folks are doing the best they can, I know that, but it seems that every day a new process changes and I’m not alerted. Which means I am stonewalled at what feels like every turn just trying to do my job under tight timelines. I’m sure this will get better but right now, it is a struggle.

Pros

Vantage does a wonderful job of treating you like a person, and not just a number. They encourage internal growth, opportunities to learn, and really follow their core values the way they are advertised.

Cons

While I don't have any cons for Vantage, I would say the biggest challenge we face is our high-velocity growth - but what a "problem" to have!
