tough one, interesting industry to be in, lots going on. Good place to help grow the company.

Cons

1) way too many meetings, per-meetings 2) no one cares or is accountable or takes risks 3) culture is a mess, turnover is very high 4) management could care less if you leave 5) questionable leadership

I would agree that employees are indeed our greatest asset and that is certainly good advice. I honestly believe that if you were still at Vantage today, you would find a much different company than you left well over a year ago. I’m sorry to hear of your poor experience but there has been a lot of change that has occurred in the last 12+ months. I can tell you that today we have a strong culture of accountability and transparency and our employees as well as our customers are more engaged than ever before. To insure that we remain transparent and accountable we publish team goals and review performance with our customers on a regular basis.

Friendly co-workers, ok benefits, good location.

Cons

Simply put, it was a rough place to work. Everyday is like putting out fires, and management refuses to implement change to improve efficiencies. There is no planning or structure and processes and procedures are non-existant. Employees are over-worked and treated like children.
