Pros

The company pays well compared to others in the industry but the expectation is that you sign away every waking moment. They do not support families or women and actively discriminate against women in the workforce. If you are a middle aged man in a puffy vest, you will go far in this company. The sky is the limit if you look and act like the rest of the men in their "culture"

Cons

Arrogant and egotistical leadership team that only cares about making money and not doing the right thing. No integrity in how they operate their business or treat their employees. They know how to say all of the right things, but when push comes to shove, they are NOT a good company to work for. No amount of money is worth the way they treat employees.

Decent benefits. 11 paid holidays. Everyone looks out for each other (at least in my department). Company efforts made to improve employee satisfaction ratings.

Cons

Long hours. Other departments push their responsibilities on you. Communication across departments has much room for improvement. Culture has changed not for the better.
