Pay may be above market for some positions. You may learn some great things about building an operating data centers.

Cons

Terrible culture. Leadership is poor, progression coaching or enablement is awful. CIO lacks strategy practices and tries to please leadership rather than making solid business decisions. There are lots of teams that overlap, especially for technology and business intelligence. Communication is poor and creates duplicative efforts.
