Pros

Pay is average for the industry but no shares. Actually quite a lot of decent, smart individuals who are trying to improve the company from within but leadership doesn’t value them.

Cons

A few people ( bad apple and all that) are aggressively bullying team members and this is either encouraged or ignored by leadership. Would I recommend a friend or colleague to join?? Not a hope.
