Good pay, benefits, work on latest technology

Cons

They always cut any corner they can, regardless of who it impacts. Sterling V2 Data center implemented without proper noise insulation and you just hear non stop loud screeching all day while at work.This impacted a whole community of people who lived nearby. The worst part is management laughed about it and boasted about how Loudoun county couldn't do anything about it. part of the reason I left, don't want to be a part of this

Popularity of the data center industry seems to inflate managements egos. Though outwardly promoting internal hires, will fire you if you try to seek other opportunities internally (including doing it the professional way).
