poor and dishonest leadership, lack of proper governance, favouritism, toxic culture

nice and new office, central location, pay is average, people are nice generally

Cons

inexperienced leadership in management roles, favouritism and unfair treatments are displayed, lack of proper segregation of work duties, did not hire right fit to perform tasks, long working hours, high turnover, political. toxic, blaming and dishonest cultures.
