If you have a passion for cutting edge data center infrastructure, cloud computing, and connecting people globally, Vantage is an amazing place to work. At Vantage, employees are recognized as the most important resource in delivering hyperscale infrastructure. The workplace culture encourages everyone to speak up, in their own way. The Vantage Leadership team actively listens to employee feedback and works diligently to incorporate feedback into the mission and vision of the company.

Cons

Rapid expansion has caused some growing pains in terms of people resourcing, development of systems, tools and policies to support the continued success of the company.

I came to Vantage from a very large IT company that had very little opportunities for growth for women! After 22 years I made the decision to move to a smaller company where I could really make a difference! I have been so happy to be a part of the small company mentality where we have a very diverse group of people. Everyone’s opinion is valued and you get to see your work in action! I have not regretted my decision for a single day!

Cons

There is not a lack of work to go around! That’s not a bad thing but can be overwhelming.

Dynamic industry, solid and highly respected management team who lead by example, open and inclusive culture. I recently joined the company and Vantage has demonstrated to me and all of the other women on my team that this is a company that walks the talk.

Cons

High growth company, not for the faint of heart; but the opportunity to be impactful and help build something truly special.
