Pros

Constant change and development. The most positive improvements were put into place (and continuing to develop) over the last 6 months. Management is committed to Operational Excellence, and the results are quickly and noticeably bearing fruit. The company is small, so every single employee is important and contributes to our success. This also nurtures an environment for plenty of personal/professional growth. It can be amazing experience for your career, if you should seize them.

Cons

Change and growth is a pro/con. Flexibility is an absolute necessity in order to embrace VDC work culture. Since the company is small, everyone wears multiple hats. Again, flexibility is a must.

Pros

There has been a lot of change over the past year and mostly for the good when it comes to accountability for goals.

Cons

With the high turnover in most groups it seems that most groups are chasing issues instead of getting in front of them. With that said there have been improvements. For the one group that has been stable for years there is one individual in the group who is an outright bully and unprofessional in his demeanor to his peers and subordinates. Although it has been brought to Senior Managements attention the execution in dealing with the individual behavior appears to be ignored.

I have a really good boss that allows me the latitude to run my organization the way I see fit. I receive positive feedback on things that my organization does. Every group within the company is totally supportive. We processes and controls in place for smooth operations.

Cons

Even though I work great with everyone; I work in a remote location. It would be nice to see more of the people I work with.
