      New company with alot of potential. Great colleagues and fun annual parties. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Slow to innovate -quick to cut costs. Since vantive became a standalone company they have lost touch with their customers and patients. Unrealistic sales goals. old fashioned and sleezy sales tactics is promoted. Middle and upper management is atrocious with poor communication skills. The company strategy is ambiguous and lacks direction.
