Pros

Like most mergers and acquisitions, Maxar has been on a long road to stabilize as a private company. I believe the current leadership has the best interest of both the employees and the shareholders in mind in their decision-making and are making strides in the right direction.

Cons

It feels like we'll have another flat year like the last two years in terms of company bonuses.

Friendly environment within our group. Flex time off is quite awesome as a parent. Most VPs are very personable

Cons

Getting answers from executive level now as a private company is a pain. New owners seem to be rookies in the field.
