Recently taken private without any significant negative changes for employees. Unclear what long-term business impact of the transaction will be, but potentially positive. Diverse work with plenty of smart people around to make your work better. Pay and benefits are good

Cons

A little less focus from top levels of management as the post-transaction politics shake out, leading to some odd shifts in priority

Simple and easy work, poor management

Pros

Work is very easy to catch on to. The co-workers are friendly and easy to get along with for the most part.

Cons

Management is very selective and chooses favorites. It's obvious there is not much room to grow at this company without knowing the right people. Leaders are very proud to be leaders but do not act like leaders. When speaking to anyone in upper management, it feels like you are speaking to superiors and not people who want you to succeed.
