Management has not accepted the fact that many positions can be done from home. It's too bad that if you are not in from 8 - 5pm showing your face, then many managers think you are not doing a good job. For god sakes...don't kill the corporate support people by overworking them. You can't possibly think that the level of corporate support for our engineering team can be the same level as it was five years ago after all this growth.
