Pros

No pros as such. Two people leads the night shifts with unreasonable demands, pahetic workstyle and extremely poor leadership skills. They count the no. of breaks you are taking. Reduce the salary anytime they wish

Cons

Not really- Horrible food and infrastructure, change the top leadership and next time dont hire relatives. Attrition at the rate of 6% still they dont understand.

Salary on time that's all .

Everything shared/ told at the time of interview is half truth. Don't trust. Go by the reviews. Reporting managers are constantly demotivating with negative pressure. Location issue(Palam Triangle Gurgaon)with poor hygienic conditions. 6 days working company (5 days only to attract the candidates)with unrealistic targets. Teams at Bangalore have zero coordination with Gurgaon teams. This review is shared to beware the candidates and help them in understanding the inside details of the company. No matter how much hard SERVICE DELIVERY HEAD tries to bring positive side of Varite by replying to this review, Varite being a 15yr old Company can never match up to their competitors on terms of workforce, salary and results. Join at your own risk!

Well, we matched your salary expectations (which, you admitted, is paid on time), didn't we? That's why you gladly joined us despite your so called 'location' issues. Now,if you have the audacity to rant all negatives here, please man up and admit that you miserably failed to achieve your so called 'unrealistic' targets. By the way, we paid you up for your sub optimal performance too, didn't we? :) I am just trying to bring out the negative side of YOU in particular. It's easy to remain anonymous and write stuff here. A real professional with dignity would have come forth and suggested improvements. Nobody is perfect and we accept that by all means. But the real problem is, the people in the likes of you can only spread negativity and VARITE is glad you're not with us anymore. Bu the way, how many Saturdays have you worked here at VARITE? :) (pun intended)

Pros

I don't think or had seen any pros about them. They have only work to play with people, everyday they feel to change CTC and generate fresh offer letter.

Cons

They charge their commitment i'e depends on their convenience . They change employees offer letter whenever they want once they get a fresher, who can works for less. In span of a month employees get different offer with different CTC.and they blame to client.
