Varite reviews

Working with Varite will teach you how the employers are totally irresponsible and they know how to wash their hands. They are very good at not taking care of their people (apart from a few people who are very close to the top management). They believe in hire and fire policy without a single hearing to understand the employees concern(even if they do it , there's nothing much they will do anything about it). Management would show as if they are so much concerned about you but when it comes to actually doing something, just no one will do anything. Raising an alarm for anything is not at all acceptable in the organization since that will land you yourself in some issues or the other. 1. No hearing. 2. Hire and fire policy. 3. Management washing their hands off everything (escapism). 4. Using inappropriate words by someone for anyone. 5. Considering the employees as money churning machines and not human beings.

First point that comes in mind is HR; and only one word to describe them, they were very rude (Gurgaon). They were shamelessly arguing in Glassdoor to defend themselves against ill-written comments. Every alternate day Managers used to remind us we are paying you. Protest is a different word for extra work done. Not even we would question for working Saturdays. Luckily I got an offer in a different organisation. They requested me to write good reviews about them in website.
