Pros

If you are a fresher and want to be a Talent Acquisition professional, it's a great place to learn and develop great skills that will help you in the long run. Salary hike is good for performing employees as compared to competitors. Nice incentives, performing employees earn more than their monthly salary. Varite is among the top vendor agencies for some very good clients in US.

Cons

Being a very old Staffing agency (18 years, established in 2000), infrastructure is below average. Employees are not treated as adults (9pm-6am punch in/punch out ideology), lot of micromanagement, even with experienced employees. Some senior employees use bad language among their team which results in leaving of good employees.

I had 2 years of experience with Varite (I had been working onsite to one of its clients in Bangalore) I had Wonderful work experience with entire Varite team (HR, Finance etc.,) all are very supportive, friendly and help for any kind of process or queries without any delay. I have good reason to Appreciate and suggest to my friends for the unconditional support and the effort that they put to help, solve the issues, questions & queries My special thanks to Mr. Vimal and Ms. Pushpa they have been very friendly, supportive throughout my Journey in Varite. I really appreciate your wonderful help. Thanks a lot and please keep providing such a level of support.

Pros

- Never faced any problem with salary and financial department. - Very helpful and shared all details about Insurance , Leave policy on joining date which are benefits to employees. -Easy documentation process for new hires. -Friendly account managers and Hrs-Special mentions to Pushpa and Vimal. - Management will not hide any thing between you and organization you are working under contract. - You will get complete week end shift allowance without any deduction. - You can focus on your work without chassing Varite HR team as they will complete everything for you without engaging them.

Cons

Not experienced any problem during.
