lot of liberty is given to work and enjoy, best place start you carrier with. lot of opportunities is given for us to learn.

Cons

dell don't provide cab facilities which make us difficult to travel. Dell cafeteria food is really bad especially if you working in night shift. pay scale is also very less

My first consulting company in my career, smooth and friendly contact with all staffs and HR also the best support whenever any concerns raise. Hands to hand support till the last working day, even after for any help.

Cons

I haven’t felt any –ve thoughts as of now.

Dear Employee, Thanks for choosing us as you career partner for 3 important years of your life. We truly appreciate it. Hikes are usually given once we get a go ahead from out clients. We would love our external employees to be appraised every year, but if our clients don't approve of the increment, we can't do it. We work on a billing model i.e. we bill our clients and pay you from that money. We don't believe in making money at the expense of the satisfaction of our employees. Had the client asked us to give you the hike, we would have done it gladly. I hope that helps.
