Coolest management you can ever find to work with, i have been working with Varite for last 27 months, and its been nice ride along, my team gave me my space and freedom to work in a peaceful manner. Exiting recurring incentive to earn.

Ethical and transparent process, Professional dealing, Decent pay package, Opportunity to explore your own ideas, cordial and warm colleges, Fair HR policies, fortune clientele.

Cons

Nothing as of now which I would want to mention in a bad light. But, yes as any small company it has it's own set of challenges which if ironed out could result in tremendous benefit to all stke holders.
