      Pros

      Great people. Great opportunity to make money. Data-first approach to security makes a lot of sense. Positive interactions with management and executives. Overall I'm very thankful to be part of the Varonis family.

      Cons

      Platform doesn't neatly fit into an clearly defined market segment, therefore, sales cycles can take more than a year to get budget for purchase.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, benefits were good, food and snacks in the office were great! Opportunities to cross into other roles in the company.

      Cons

      HEAVY on metrics and very micromanaging. Product was very complex for the SMB market. Product sells well in the enterprise space but many SMB companies cannot afford it or there are lower cost alternatives that meet their needs.

      Pros

      Taking the job at Varonis was the best decision I have ever made in my career path. The culture is amazing and we really are like a big family. Wonderful Management and Leadership. You don't feel like just a number here. There are honestly too many pros to list here.

      Cons

      No increased PTO after x amount of years. Other than that, no cons.
