      Great Place To Learn And Grow As A Sales Rep

      Pros

      Rapid Career Growth! I started 6 months ago as a Commercial Account Manager (which is considered to focus on Small Business). The first month I treated it like boot camp where it was fast learning and intense training. The next 5 months I was on sales calls, doing presentations and selling. If you buy into the Varonis culture, you will grow and slowly turn into a sales professional. Within 6 months I got promoted into the field.

      Cons

      Constant changes and can be fast paced, may be challenging for some. Overall, no real cons for me

      Culture is extremely toxic from one leader in particular.

      It's exciting to be a part of a company that is helping to solve one of the largest problems that organizations face today and will continue to face moving forward. Exposure to this hyper-growth is not only motivating, but fun to be around. Upper Management and company culture is strong, as exemplified by converting employees' salary reductions due to COVID into RSUs; something that many other organizations did not do.

      Internal communication can be improved; oftentimes decisions are reactive rather than proactive.
