After 5 months, they told me to take a 33% pay reduction or immediately go on plan. I was ranked 2nd on the team in bookings and evaluations! My father had died 2 weeks previous, so I had to suck it up a while. That's Varonis. Biggest mistake of my career, and was "lucky" to last a year. In that short time: I witnessed my Director getting forced out, multiple sales engineers leaving in frustration, the Engineering Director getting canned, and 5 other reps on a team of 6 getting put on plan after 5-10 months in the role. Every QBR had a new set of people.
