      A great place to get some work experience.

      Varonis is not a company that wants their employees to hold up a mirror. No doubt you’ll see positive reviews throughout, but it’s because HR keeps a very close eye on Glassdoor reviews. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s metric for HR to enlist as many current employees to write colorful reviews to drown out the more authentic ones. HR will repeatedly pester you to write a review. I was contacted at least five times, but never got to it. Why? I was busy meeting my own metrics. To my fellow comrades who notice that meetings need cheerleading or emotional labor, conserve your energy by completing your mission and don’t bother with the pink collar work.

      Great training plan to get you going. Good Sales Team to work with. Remote Work

      Cons

      Management Team is all about the $. Teams that do not make the numbers get removed. Director level needs numbers, if you don't fit their numbers your out. No lateral movement, no growth opportunities unless someone above you leaves

      Excellent Benefits & 401k match. Good product that fits a need; low market awareness - sales drives awareness & demand

      Cons

      Low rated reviews speak the truth & mirror my experience. High Turnover of qualified & recruited Reps & Mgt - this is a leadership issue Long sales cycles & limited mgt patience to put #'s on the board = lots of pressure Constant inspection / reporting of performance against many KPI's that don't impact pipeline by people who have no local market knowledge creates uncertainty & anxiety - Work Stress is a real issue. Highly rated reviews generally not from Sales & prompted by HQ. Compensation Reality - dig into this before signing on
