      - The company leaders and management listen to and value employee feedback - Management is very attentive to your career goals and desires for advancement, giving clear guidance and a roadmap to your desired position in the company. - Benefits package is generous.

      Cons

      - Company growth can be faster than new employees are hired and trained / retained at times, creating periods of high support case load / employee burnout. - Company-endorsed / funded training and certification is all internal. As a result, there are no opportunities to receive company funding for external certifications (e.g. CompTIA) to add to one's resume, including ones directly relevant to the job (e.g. MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Development or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals).
