You know all of your metrics that need to be hit, and there are never any surprises. If you hit your numbers, you are always going to be in a good place. If you don't, the management will help you figure out where you went wrong and work with you to fix the issue. You can make a lot of money here if you do well. Lots of green space within the territories Clear trajectory in the company
Cons
Lots of work. Varonis expects a lot from you. I've worked on many vacations, although I am a sales rep and I wanted to make sure I was getting deals in to get paid.
