They have a great software that solves a big problem for companies. Love to promote from within and build employees careers. Plenty of resources to succeed.

Cons

Very numbers and results oriented. Can be stressful at times to meet the needs of the business because the sales process can typically be long.

- A perfect environment to learn from a ton of great professionals. - If you are looking for a personal challenge with the best rewards to be a Sales Engineer this is the place for you - If you thrive under pressure and you have a go-getter attitude this is a perfect place for you - a lot of opportunities on the Federal side to build your business from the ground up or walk into a well-developed territory. - Individual quotas are obtainable and if you are a hard charger, easily overachiavable. - The missions that you get to support are one of a kind in the Federal space so working with our customers is a huge factor in staying here for the long haul

- if you are a farmer then this is not the place for you - if you are not comfortable with being questioned about your business then this is not the place for you - if you are not used to doing a lot of installations and being technical on the pre sales and post sales aspects then this is not the place for you
