Pros

Team was very welcoming and enjoy working with them a lot. Cyber Security is very interesting and there is a lot of training available on our products.

Cons

Fast paced environment keeps the job interesting but can also be tough at times.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working with a team that cares so much about the impact they have on their customers and great community. Coming from another firm before Varonis where the mgmt. team lacked engagement or really the know how/ability to help steer a deal, the Varonis mgmt. is the complete opposite with so many resources willing to help. Many of the colleagues are willing to extend a hand or guide throughout the sales process. The innovation that is coming to extend to even more cloud apps is also amazing, customer's love it! Really looking forward to growing with the team.

Cons

Near daily metrics to hit. Constant focus on output while managing customer and partner relationships, in addition to ongoing trainings that arise with new innovation.

- Lots of room for growth within the company - Skilled people to learn from - Opportunity to build and develop technical/sales skills - Good benefits/pay/work-life balance - Good leadership that listens to feedback from employees - Very nice offices (Covid aside) - Uses trusted and reliable technology for day-to-day work - Support from management - Everyone seems to be friendly

Cons

- Often don’t see team unless on a remote call (thanks Covid)
