      Management is absolutely unprofessional. Micro management is a standard. A completely suspicious behavior towards the team. Extremely much is is expected - salary is a joke.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed working with a team that cares so much about the impact they have on their customers and great community. Coming from another firm before Varonis where the mgmt. team lacked engagement or really the know how/ability to help steer a deal, the Varonis mgmt. is the complete opposite with so many resources willing to help. Many of the colleagues are willing to extend a hand or guide throughout the sales process. The innovation that is coming to extend to even more cloud apps is also amazing, customer's love it! Really looking forward to growing with the team.

      Cons

      Near daily metrics to hit. Constant focus on output while managing customer and partner relationships, in addition to ongoing trainings that arise with new innovation.

      Varonis is not a company that wants their employees to hold up a mirror. No doubt you’ll see positive reviews throughout, but it’s because HR keeps a very close eye on Glassdoor reviews. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s metric for HR to enlist as many current employees to write colorful reviews to drown out the more authentic ones. HR will repeatedly pester you to write a review. I was contacted at least five times, but never got to it. Why? I was busy meeting my own metrics. To my fellow comrades who notice that meetings need cheerleading or emotional labor, conserve your energy by completing your mission and don’t bother with the pink collar work.
