      Pros

      Attracts generally good and talented people in entry and mid seniority levels. Great financial condensation. Nice offices and benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible work culture, constant arguments between different departments. Higher management treats employees as cannon fodder. R&D is controlled by a select number of employees that won't allow any innovation to keep their position and job security.

      Excellent Benefits & 401k match. Good product that fits a need; low market awareness - sales drives awareness & demand

      Low rated reviews speak the truth & mirror my experience. High Turnover of qualified & recruited Reps & Mgt - this is a leadership issue Long sales cycles & limited mgt patience to put #'s on the board = lots of pressure Constant inspection / reporting of performance against many KPI's that don't impact pipeline by people who have no local market knowledge creates uncertainty & anxiety - Work Stress is a real issue. Highly rated reviews generally not from Sales & prompted by HQ. Compensation Reality - dig into this before signing on
