      Pros

      Challenging yet rewarding work. Great coworkers. In my experience management listen and take feedback on-board. Office location is pretty good. The office is pretty well-stacked with snacks and games. Employee benefits are pretty good. Promotions are pretty common and open positions tend to be filled by current deserved employees. For the most part employees work on their own initiative and are treated like adults.

      Cons

      Big focus on KPIs, particularly over the last year. Ticket documentation seems to be weighted higher than actual work performed/feedback received. 2 days mandatory in the office each week. Micro-managing seems to be growing lately but so far has not had too much of a negative impact.

      Clear vision backed all the way from the CEO to the developers. Employee first attitude. Constantly developing new features abd driving value to the field.

      Pros

      Learning culture, openness, going into a good direction in term of prioritize activity and products and focus whole departments effort. Great employee conditions and welfare, an extreme effort is done to create fun activities with added value for employees\families\ amazing gift are being send - and it's highly appreciated (also in covid when the top companies cancelled those benefits). Cloud development, using Azure cloud and advanced technologies.

      Cons

      Manly culture, trying to hide it but it's out there. Low salaries without effort to reduce the gap for those who works there for years.
