      Consistent training structure and fully stocked kitchen

      Cons

      Lack of progression within the organisation. A high turnover from inadequate treatment of staff and seen more as a number than a person, which is typical in a lot of sales roles. Micro-managed tendencies such as a seating plan for hot desks.

      Pros

      The people are great! It's fun to come to the office (when there's less covid around). Technology wise, there is a big focus on staying up to date and using new tech stacks and frameworks. The day-to-day is mostly relaxed and easy going.

      Cons

      It's becoming an enterprise and sometime processes are slower than they should be. I wish there was more forging of team spirit across teams and groups in the organization. I barely know anyone from outside my group.
