Pros
Starting my first job at Varonis has taught me more than i ever could've imagined. They will push you really hard to be the best (can be a pro or con depending on your personality) and they don't mess around with laziness or lack of motivation. Not only do i feel like an expert in cyber security after just a few months, but i also have developed incredible professional skills. I also love everyone i work with! This is a great place to start out of college to make some good money, learn A LOT, and development your professional work ethic/ goals.
Cons
Can be really heavy on the micromanagement even when you're doing really good. I always feel like I'm doing something wrong whether its eating a granola bar or not dialing at the "right" time (even if you have surpassed your peers in your metrics). Also hardly any work life balance.
