      Pros

      Varonis values their employees and wants to encourage continuous learning and growth in order to give employees the opportunity for upward movement and longevity at the company. I also feel trusted at Varonis to do my job. I am not micromanaged and there is a very healthy work life balance. Lastly, there is a positive company culture. Everyone I have come across is happy to be here. At previous companies I have worked for there has been a "we all hate it here" mentality and I do not feel that at all at Varonis.

      Pros

      Nice activities, some groups have a real challenges, impact and motivation. With good managers. They have been considered the work from home at the Covid time.

      Cons

      Some groups have unskilled managers, with low code architecture. Sometimes desicions have been taking only from ego and not from a path of Improvements.

      Hard work will pay off. I have had the opportunity to grow my career and work in both our NYC and London office. Culture is great and something I have always thrived in. Management is supportive and teams always work in a collaborative manner. Industry leading product

      Cons

      We are a company that is still in hypergrowth mode so it is very fast paced. Not for everyone.
