Varonis Systems reviews

I've worked at Varonis for over 4 years as a sales engineer. Through this time I have elevated myself from overworked consultant to sales rock star. The amount of personal and professional growth I've experienced has transformed my life, for the better. Anyone considering working at Varonis will need to be comfortable with the following: 1) You will need to do what you say - execution is most important 2) This is a growing market and Varonis is the best in breed solution with little to no competition. We make difficult questions easy to answer. 3) Sales is challenging, but working hard is not. Get the work in, always be learning, and get creative. The sky is the limit here. The technology works, it provides value to our customers each and every day. Not a lot of tech companies have brought so much ability to execute in such a difficult space. If you want to work for a technology company that is not only growing, but is actually rocketing to new heights I would very strongly recommend Varonis.
