Good people, good working environment (temp, noise, etc)

Cons

Doesn’t truly buy into “Quality” as a mindset. Failed their AS9100 cert in late ‘19, and Boeing took over for “recovery” at least 4 times in as many years (last time was just prior to failed audit at end of ‘19)

Pros

-Moderately flexible schedule -Ok pay, not amazing but could be worse -Not micromanaged at every level -Office jobs are quiet and you stay busy all the time which is preferable to having to look for things to do

Cons

-PTO/sick pay is ok but more PTO and less sick pay would be nice. -Insurance is horrible. HDHP insurance is a scam, so don’t get sick because you’ll pay out of pocket. -Company culture is virtually non-existent unless you’re on the production floor, and even then I’m not so sure. -Horrible communication within company -Little to no training you just figure it out -Major changes were executed very poorly and they’re trying to rise above and get better but it’s a long road -turnover rate is higher than expected in the administrative side especially
