Poor culture, lot of but kissing, management doesn't give a crap about you. Forget breaks and your vacations and never call in sick.

Close to breweries and the Ballard Market

Cons

Very unsafe practices. During my time at Vaupell, 2 people passed away. 1 due to natural causes, and 1 due to the negligence of the company.

Small company feel and a decent location in the city for going to lunch. You can find parking if you go early.

Cons

Company does not take care of employees, especially salaried. Doesn't feel like they care for their well being. The right resources are not provided to do jobs effectively. Many times, people are over worked.
