      Pros

      I've been sitting here trying to think of something positive but I'm drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Inhaling all those fumes certainly will not benefit you in any way. They conduct maintenance on those giant plastic molds right next to you if you happen to have a station next to it and it's rough as it but then that happens and there's no escape. I had to quit because the headaches were getting bad and I never get headaches. Also, management is pretty rough.

      There are a few employees that do a good job and keep the company somewhat afloat.

      Cons

      Poor leaders, negligent Engineering and Human Resources departments. Lack of interest to pursue solutions, or ensure quality standard are meet. No support or follow through on “continues education” offered. No employee appreciation or recognition of achievement. Environment and culture of nonchalance.

      High salary Good benefits 6% 401k match

      Everything else. Co workers treat others like garbage. Hr does nothing to assist. My boss took my ideas for his own. Average 2-3 employees quit a week, from Seattle/Everett location each week. I trained for 2 days and was thrown into the job. Coworkers were annoyed when I asked questions & would push me off on other departments to answer my questions. Co workers yelled at me at my desk in front of my peers- no consequences. This kind of behavior is acceptable here.
