Job openings in a small town, there are employees that do a great job and team players in areas, three shifts.

Cons

Management, ethics, employee treatment, no direction, HR knowledge and efforts, false objectives and goals so employees are never going to meet the expectations for bonuses, raises or promotions. Lies are told from all levels of management ceo to supervisors to employees. Turnover. Safety.

If you are driven, ambitious, strive for excellence, and make your desires clear opportunities will become available to you.

Cons

Since leaving I have heard that there have been many positive changes, but employees are stuck in a negativity loop. The people on the floor create an us against them mentality that creates and abusive relationship for everyone throughout the organization. Management tries to provide opportunities and resolve morale issues, but employees hold the emotional heartbeat hostage.
