You will get a pay check and there is always available overtime. That is really it, unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

Cons

The facilities, machinery, people, processes and most everything else is tired, old and outdated. Senior executive level leadership skills and direction are misguided and in humane.

Not many. A few good people work there.

Cons

Toxic environment. Senior management are smug and arrogant, most employees are angry, frustrated and pretty unpleasant to work with. Employees have little or no input in departmental decisions. One of the worst jobs I have ever had.
