      Pros

      The work was great. Owner would bend over backwards to keep good people. Money was good. Ownership did thier best.

      Cons

      No support from immediate supervisor. No performance reviews. Tended to put too much responsibility on engineering in too many different directions.

      Five "managers"...one professional manager

      Pros

      The only positive things about this company, from corporate on down, are the hourly workers that keep doing what they can to put out product. They know it's thankless and frustrating, but there are not a lot of options. It's a captive, toxic environment and many don't see any chance for escape.

      Cons

      Too many cons to list completely; archaic, narrow minded, delusional management that has absolutely no clue regarding the shabby, unsafe, junk equipment being used. The Agawam plant could be a whistle blower heaven! Supervision is non-existent, training???, doesn't happen, never has. ISO certifications are all smoke and mirrors, hiding the truth during audits, changing documents during audits, etc. Previous QA Management and engineers were amazing, which is why they went to professional facilities. Not much good to say about the MA facility except it would make a nice indoor go-kart track when they close up and move the decrepit outdated equipment.

      Close to homeless encampments for when you get fired or terminated for not being in the inner circle.

      Cons

      So so so many to list. Just picture your worst nightmare and pretend that is where you go to work each day.
