      Pros

      -The diversity of people whether it be different walks of life, race, professional background, educational background. -Work life balance is encouraged. -Facility location and resources. -Contractor conversion rate is good.

      Cons

      -Can't think of anything specifically but maybe because that some SOPs aren't fully in place or finalized. This though could be because even though Vaxcyte is publicly traded, it is still in growth mode so to speak.

      Pros

      -Company takes employee surveys seriously and actions on the feedback that is given -The people here are all extremely passionate about getting this product out to market to help protect humankind. Everyone is friendly, kind, and pleasant to work with -Our holiday schedule is fantastic - feels like the company truly wants us to make sure we take the time to recharge -We're still in building phase, so you're not siloed into one particular area. You have opportunities to venture out and do different things -Pace is quick. We make decisions fairly quickly and there aren't a bunch of road bumps to navigate through -There's definitely a lot of work to be done, but it never feels like an unhealthy amount of pressure

      Cons

      Not sure there are any cons to working here. If you don't enjoy working in a fast paced environment or being able to have a lot of impact in your work, it's probably not the right place to be.
