      The company prides themselves of growing so quick, but doesn’t give room for people at lower level to move up.

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, and equity. Science there seems to have quite a lot of promise.

      Cons

      Not much room for constructive debate. They definitely practice cancel culture and does not welcome a diverse range of opinions. If you respectfully disagree with a person in a leadership position, they take that as being defensive rather than playing Devil’s advocate. Not a place where you can develop your talents.

      Great atmosphere, and you work with some intelligent and understanding people

      Cons

      Not much to say here other than, they can be more informative of what they offer to new comers, like waivers for travel and stuff like that
