      Pros

      The facility is nice, usually Alexandria Real Estate is really good at making life sciences facilities and amenities buildings. That is it.

      Cons

      Red flags from virtual interview, to on-site, communication or rather lack of. IT severely lacking as the company IPO'd years ago and SSO only starting to implemented. Many departments and integrated systems should be established already with the amount of deadlines being so insurmountable behind, going from feasibility to R&D to certification and commercialization. Poor management Multiple pipelines failing because of too much ambition A lot of tension between Quality and R&D, and other departments to the point the meetings are hostile Exclusion of information and outsources many services Reliant on a lot of vendors and very weak in-house infrastructure

      1. Free health care 2. Brand new facility 3. Free gym with free classes 4. North Face Company Jacket 5. Niche technology leading to a high potential profitable outcome

      Cons

      1. Management is not transparent with its management intentions 2. Unrealistic expectations enforced on annual performance goal 3. Ambiguous promotion criterions 4. Flexible Time Off, but not enough coverage to continue to meet workload demands. 5. Does not develop employees from within. Hires senior management to manage employees with high tenure in the company pre-IPO

      Good salary, lot of free snacks.

      Cons

      Not a place to learn and collaborate! Everything is extremely task oriented and excessive amount of controlling and micro-managing junior scientists.
