      Pros

      I recently started at Vaxcyte and it's already exceeded my expectations. Super supportive community that actually listens to people's ideas. There's a real sense of collaboration here, that makes work actually enjoyable. Benefits package is solid with some cool perks.

      Cons

      There are some areas where automation could improve overall efficiency. Not a huge con, but something to work on to reduce redundancy.
