      Pros

      Being part of an organization that embodies a culture of kindness first and that believes that WHAT we do is every bit as important as HOW we do it, has been phenomenal.

      Cons

      I do not see any downsides at all. It's an amazing company doing very impactful and important work and really engages its employees.

      Pros

      Very few employees have given a review because the retention here is so high. Seriously the best company company culture I’ve seen. You get to work with great colleagues for a good cause. They are very generous with bonuses and stocks. No healthcare premiums. Good work-life balance. Beautiful office space and labs.

      Cons

      The cons are common to all biotech companies. You’re in a sector where there can be risk. Not all drugs will win approval.
